Your mission

We are currently seeking a QA Manual Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing system specifications, collaborating with QA Engineers to develop effective test strategies, and executing manual test cases. Your role will include reporting and tracking defects in JIRA, using XRay for test management, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality of software throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

Review and analyze system specifications to ensure thorough test coverage.
Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective testing strategies and test plans.
Create and execute manual test cases and analyze results to ensure quality.
Report bugs and track/manage defects in JIRA using XRay for test management.
Help troubleshoot issues and provide insights into potential solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements.
Communicate effectively with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure understanding of issues and solutions.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2-3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
Experience working with Agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors efficiently.
Expertise with QA tools, including XRay for test management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify issues early in the development process.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Advanced English level.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
